What do I learn in a class?

You will be led through a series of breathing and moving sequences that will teach you how to help relax your mind and body

The outcome of each class is for you to be totally energised and relaxed

You will hopefully be more aware of how you can improve your well being and calm your mind through:

  • Gentle and purposeful movements

  • Soft, Even Breathing and

  • Directed energy through the Will

A typical 30 minute online class will involve:

  • A short general warm-up

  • Standing or seated postures with breathing sequences

  • Movements to harmonise and regulate breathing and circulation

  • Seated or Standing Meditation

  • Time for questions and answers

Classes are generally suitable for all ages and sequences can be performed either standing or seated

Comfortable loose clothing can be worn for a class
